Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

We want you to love your Tinkerdoodle experience as much as we do! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The box must include all original pieces

  • All items must be unbroken and in their original condition (unless noted upon receipt)

Important NOTE:

We are unable to process refunds for any returns that are missing pieces and/or include damaged or broken items (unless noted upon receipt).

Return Window & Processing

Returns must be requested within 5 calendar days of delivery. Refunds will not be processed until items have been returned to the company. Once items are received, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Subscriptions are on a month-to-month basis until canceled by the customer. Cancellations can be completed on the My Subsciptions page.

Important NOTE:

Cancellation requests MUST be made by the last day of the month preceding the next kit shipment. 

For example: In order to cancel June's shipment, you must complete your cancellation by May 31. If you were to complete cancellation on June 1, you would be charged and receive June's shipment, and your cancellation would be effective June 30.
