Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The box must include all original pieces

All items must be unbroken and in their original condition (unless noted upon receipt)
Important NOTE:
We are unable to process refunds for any returns that are missing pieces and/or include damaged or broken items (unless noted upon receipt).
Return Window & Processing
Returns must be requested within 5 calendar days of delivery. Refunds will not be processed until items have been returned to the company. Once items are received, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
